Welcome to my blog! I am so happy that you decided to check it out.
To let you know a little bit about me, I am a sixteen year old high school student. I'm passionate about music and theater, as well as singing. Lately, just watching TV, or helping my mom in the kitchen has gotten me really interested in baking.
I've baked minor things, like cookies...and cookies. But, I really would like to play around with some recipes, and experiment with baking recipes. =)
I decided to make this blog so everyone can watch my progress. I can't promise you'll see a post everyday, that's asking too much. I work, I go to school, and I study tons, so I can attempt to have a post at least once a week. No promises though!
Starting off small, I'll be searching for the perfect chocolate chip cookies recipe that makes delicious moist cookies.
Look forward to my New Years post where I bake a cake with my mother. I'll keep you posted, so check it out on Thursday or Friday! I will post pictures, and describe my adventures. I will usually post the recipe, but this is a family recipe, so I won't post it for this one. But please, check it out!
I want to share my baking diary with all of you! I've never baked before anything but a batch of chocolate chip cookies, which I burnt. So, hopefully it will improve along the way. Feel free to leave me comments. Suggestions are appreciated, negativity is not!
